Great Vacuum!

Love this hover
At the moment , i think its great , battery loses power to 80 _70% quick at first but then holds power bit longer , i can get uptairs done easy in 3 bed house , love how it keeps changing power and speed when detects carpets to hardfloors and also when detects more dust or dirt in an area to somewhere else .

A sensor that detects dirt, controls the speed and suction of the brush roll, boosts power for optimum cleaning performance.
What are the benefits of a Duo Clean brush roller?
Two brush-rolls work together in one floorhead, for all floors. The Anti Hair Wrap Plus brush-roll design digs deep into carpets and directly engages with hard floors. The second soft brush roll draws in larger debris, smaller particles and lifts stuck on dust from hard floors, so you can enjoy a continuous deep clean between carpets and hard floors without stopping to switch floorheads.
What are the benefits of Anti Hair Wrap Plus?
The unique bristle-guard and comb actively separates and removes long, short and pet hair, drawing hair directly into the dust cup and helping to leave the bristle brush-roll tangle-free – this technology provides the “Sharks Best Ever Hair Pick Up” in the Shark cordless range.
How does the Anti-Odour Technology work?
The anti-odour technology cartridge works by driving the neutralising technology up through the air path with the debris and into the dust cup to prevent bad odours for accumulating in the dust cup. When the unit is in use, you may be able to smell a light scent. The anti-odour technology cartridge can be increased or decreased using the dial on the floor nozzle.
The intensity of the anti-odour technology fragrance may diminish over time and will need replacing approximately every six months.
I dislike the scent, or it's too intense at the lowest setting. Can I remove the Odour Technology system?
The odour dial cover needs to be installed at all times for the vacuum to function properly.
If you do not want to use the Anti Odour Technology system:
1. Remove the odour dial from the nozzle. Flip up the handle and rotate the dial clockwise until the two teal arrows are aligned. Pull the handle to remove the dial from the nozzle.
2. Remove the odour cartridge from the dial housing. Rotate the cartridge counterclockwise in the housing, then lift out the cartridge.
3. Reinstall the dial cover in the nozzle. Align the teal arrow on the dial cover with the teal arrow on the nozzle, then reinsert the dial into the nozzle. Lock the cover in place by rotating the dial counterclockwise until it clicks.
4. Dispose of the cartridge by dropping it in the bin.
What is the scent in the Anti Odour Technology System and does Shark sell any other scent options?
Ocean breeze.

The Anti Odour Technology system has been getting less intense, or has no smell—is it working?
The intensity of the Odour Technology scent may diminish over time. It may also have no noticeable scent at all. This is natural and does not indicate the technology isn’t working. If you don't smell the fragrance, but no bad smells are coming from the vacuum, the technology is still working. Follow replacement instructions to ensure continued performance.
(Note: the technology only operates when the vacuum is in use.)
How should I dispose of old cartridges?
Anti Odour Technology cartridges can be discarded in household bin. Cartridges are not recyclable.
How long does the battery take to charge?
The battery takes approximately 4 hours to fully charge
The initial charge on the battery pack (out of the box) is approximately 30%. Charge the battery completely before first use.
What accessories come as standard with this model?
This model comes with an 8”crevice tool, a multi surface tool, a motorised pet tool and an accessory bag.
How heavy is the vacuum?
The total weight of the vacuum including floor nozzle is 4kg.
Are the filters washable?
Yes, simply rinse the filters with water and let them air dry for at least 24 hours before re-inserting into the unit. Clean the pre-motor filters at least once a month and post-motor filter at least once a year. Tap off loose dirt between washes when needed. More frequent cleaning may sometimes be necessary with heavy use.
