Great coreless pet vac

I purchased this around 6 weeks ago and it has been really great on the hardwood floors picking up the pet hair. The lights on the roller head help high light the pet hair which is good. The different power levels also support the eco power side.

Excellent

I love this thing. The lights!! They show where it's dust and tell you when there's no more dust and you can move on! The suction varies accordingly as you vacuum and is powerful. The implements don't get tangled up with hair. The battery is strong.

I actually enjoy vacuum cleaning because of this thing ????

Best handheld vacuum

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am very impressed with it. Very easy to use and it cleans the floors very well. Auto empty and the the odorless technology is best.

Just a brilliant machine

A brilliant machine. Very powerful and easy to use as it is so manoeuvrable with the moving head and bendable main tube. A little heavier than I was expecting but it pretty much gently pulls you along when you’re using it so the weight isn’t noticeable in use. Love the collection box so you don’t have to handle any of what has been sucked up. As others have mentioned, the only negative is that it doesn’t stand up in its own but it is easy enough to lean it against something if you need to. I highly recommend it, I love mine already.

Quite excited to vacuum

Just used the vacuum. It is amazing. So much better than the clunky, heavy Dyson! Lights up all the dust on the floor so you can see where needs to be done. So light and easy to manoeuvre. Quite excited to vacuum!

What are the benefits of the LED display?
o The LED display shows; o Battery status by displaying the amount of charge you have remaining. o The mode you are currently in –Detect, Eco or Boost. o Dirt Detect Indicator to show the level of debris the vacuum is picking up during the clean.
How do I change between modes on my vacuum?
o To toggle between ECO, DETECT, and BOOST modes, press the mode selection trigger located on the inside of the Hand Vacuum handle.

o The Auto Empty dock evacuates using 3 cycles to get the best possible evacuation. The Auto Empty Dock runs first for 7 seconds to remove the debris, the Vacuum then runs for 2 seconds to loosen any remaining debris in the dust cup and then the Auto Empty Dock will run for another 2 seconds to clear away any remaining debris.

How do I store my vacuum?
Store your vacuum securely and out of reach of children or pets. On the IP3000 Series, you can dock your vacuum on the Auto-Empty Dock for storage and charging. To use Flex storage, Locate the Flexology release button on the back of the wand and fold your vacuum over 180°. The vacuum will then stand alone in this position and allow you to store it away.
What are the benefits of Anti Hair Wrap?
o The unique bristle-guard and comb actively separates and removes long, short and pet hair, drawing hair directly into the dust cup and helping to leave the bristle brush-roll tangle-free – this technology provides the “Ultra-Powerful Hair Pick up”.
What is Reverse Clean Technology?
o Traditionally, vacuums only pick up debris on the forward stroke. The reverse cleaning technology adapts to the cleaning direction and picks up debris on both the forward and backstroke.
How long does the battery take to charge?

Are the filters washable?

Clean the pre-motor filters at least once a month. Tap off loose dirt between washes when needed. More frequent cleaning may sometimes be necessary with heavy use.
