Great Product

Absolutely great product. Light, extremely maneuverable. Simple to put together and auto-empty feature extremely convenient. Free next day delivery was as good as their word. Reasonably priced but with the 15% initial discount made it a steal. Extremely happy. Would buy other products.

Everything and more

I’m just in love with a machine. Seriously name a machine and I’ve used them low cost, high value. This one is easy to set up, I have a disability so accessibility is key. It’s not too heavy and the ease of not having to clean it out every use is bliss. I wouldn’t rave about it but it is everything and more than I expected.

Amazing vacuum

Amazing vacuum, it’s so strong and can work out whether it’s carpet or hard flooring. Picks up everything and best thing is I don’t have to empty it after every use

Very lightweight to use - auto empty feature.

I've used this cordless vacuum a few times now and am very happy with it. The auto empty system is helpful. The vacuum is very lightweight but doesn't feel cheap. Excellent value for money and much easier to use and store than previous models.

Disappointed

Had this just over a year when the collector stopped closing. Up to then it worked well. I’ve always had shark/ninja products and this has been my most disappointing.

Love my new vacuum

Cordless vacuum im so happy with my new shark vac so easy to use and the way it empties is brilliant i have it's for upstairs and the suction is so powerful and even better is i can get under the beds so no more moving the bed happy days thanks.

Worst vacuum I've ever had

If you love cleaning, then this is the vacuum for you! Because you will spend more time cleaning it, than you will cleaning with it! Ive had lots of vacuums in my time and can honestly tell you this is the worst ive ever had. Totally regret the purchase.

How long does the battery take to charge?
The battery takes approximately 4.5 hours to fully charge. Prior to first use, the battery should be charged completely. The battery will only charge when the vacuum is docked on the Auto Empty unit. When docked the battery will automatically start charging.

The total weight of the vacuum including the floor nozzle is 2.6kg.
Are the filters washable?
Yes, all filters on both the vacuum cleaner and the Auto Empty Dock are washable. Simply rinse the filters with water and let them air dry for at least 24-48 hours before re-inserting into the unit. Clean the pre-motor filters at least once a month. Tap off loose dirt between washes when needed. More frequent cleaning may sometimes be necessary with heavy use.
