Shark ChillPill 3-in-1 Fan, Mist & InstaChill System – Cloud

Noise - The fan is relatively powerful, but only when placed on higher settings. The fan is ridiculously noisy - if you're on your own, whear earplugs; if you are with others trying to have a conversation, be prepared to shout and gesticulate that you can't hear the other person speak.

Ultra-Fine Mist - This works well and generates a pleasant water mist that does indeed cool you down. However, as the water tank only holds a few ml, you're looking for a water source after 5 mins to refill it.

Colling Plate - This is fairly useful, particularly on templates and neck but it si limited to a very small skin surface area so it doesn't really help cool you down.

Accessories - good to have three different connectors depending if you just want a fan, a cooling plate or water mist, but this makes the product less portable / bulky.

Strap - not too sure why Shark include a wrist strap as i've not found anywhere on mine that you can attach it to the device.

After 6 weeks it stopped working and I tried to get a replacement under the guarantee. Got a reply to say they were out of parts and could not replace it. No offer of a refund. Utterly useless. As for the fan, it was good when it worked, but not worth the price.

Bought a month ago misting is good but lasts about 5 mins ????

Expected more from the fan. Too small for table top bit too large and heavy as a carry fan. Poor purchase decision.

Brilliant little fan that works surprisingly well for its size. I bought this for my wife as she is going through the menopause and is always over heating. She uses it everyday so it must be good. Shame it can’t stop her twining and nagging. ????

Expensive but has been invaluable during the heatwaves. I had a lovely dinner in a restaurant and set the fan up on the table. It really helped me enjoy my meal. Great when walking home too

I travel a lot and it's a bit of a lottery as to whether I'll find myself on a stuffy train, in a hot and airless reception area, or even worse, a hotel room with windows that don't open. This has been a game changer for me, especially the mist fiction. I make sure I take it everywhere now, as you never quite know when you'll need it

Great product i have really enjoyed using my chill pill and have recommended to my friends its small and easy to use
