I have been emailing the customer service team regarding this product and all I am able to say is this! In 50 years I have never experienced such kind hearted, person centred, professional customer services! This company who we know are a large worldwide corporation STILL manage to deal with situations in the most unique manner! The ChillPill was bought for being in Hospital recently where it was like living in a furnace. This did the job perfectly!
One tip is that it doesn't need to be on full speed and the other being that the cooling element is so relaxing on different pressure points.
I would buy more and gift these.
