Excellent carpet cleaner I’d bought it sooner
Only used this a couple of times but it’s excellent. I didn’t realise how dirty my carpets were until I used this. It was very easy to put together. Would definitely recommend.

Great value for money
I used this today for the first time and I was blown away by the results. I have hired a rug doctor previously but the shark far out performed the rug doctor. Only issue is the size of the water tank but it was not a problem for me. Excellent bit of kit and well worth the money.

Dirty water sprayed back out
It works pretty okay until the vents start spewing out dirty water. I received a replacement unit after my first one started venting out dirty water and after a couple of uses the replacement did the same thing. A bit disappointed because the cleaner was working pretty well before that started happening. I noticed some people having this issue in previous reviews, but I hoped that there was a fix made to it. Sadly it’s unusable because of this and I have initiated a return this time for a refund and will not be replacing it.

Really good machine, good value
Amazing carpet cleaner - so much better than the other two I have had in the past. It is simple to set up and use and the various scrub/spot attachments are excellent. Like all carpet cleaners it is noisy and it is also quite heavy but unlike others it's really simple to clean and I particularly like the suction only button which helps get all the moisture up out of the carpet so it dries quite quickly.
