The battery doesn't last for 60 minutes max 30 minutes
And the vacuum doesn't go smoothly on carpet.

It’s very good. I love the way it works. It should have been little lighter in weight. Battery is not so great.

I bought this after having used the previous model but I'm very disappointed. The previous model I had used for a while and it hadn't broken. I decided to buy a newer model but it didn't last long. The wand broke so I had to get a replacement but that too broke. Wouldn't buy again.

Worst vacuum I’ve ever bought. I regret all the money I spent on it. It’s heavy and just doesn’t do the job properly at all. I’ve been using my old cheap one instead as this Shark is useless!!!! Very disappointed as it was very expensive.

Brilliant product. I've had it three years now and wouldn't use any other vacuum cleaner. Its so versatile. What I do recommend is don't try and vacuum up large piles of detritus as this can clog the head, just disconnect the head and vacuum it up using the pipe (wand). Easy.

Absolute rubbish!!
For the price we paid it’s appalling how little it actually hoovers up and doesn’t throw back out 2 seconds later. We have had ours for over a year, it’s our second Christmas with it and it does not hoover up any pine needles properly into the container, but only chucks them back out. All the needles clog up in the head and when the hoover is lifted, the needles fly out in all directions.
Would have been better results just costing much less to buy a dustpan and brush. How ridiculous of a product, beyond disappointing.

I bought this cleaner without, and yes this was my fault, checking to see what accesories were available. At the very least I would have thought there would be an attachment to get into corners, ie, a round head brush. The only version of this that fits the cleaner is rectangular and has a hard plastic casing, which makes using it in corners such as skirting boards impossible.

This is a good vacuum i love the size the solid frame work (much better than some of the other Shark models) the 2 batteries are a bonus (the 1st use of each only lasted 20 minutes but i was on full power) suction is great it is the same with the up right and the hand held (this was not the case with my previous corded Shark vacuum) the bag is very useful for all the attachments and i vacuum more often now that i don't have to worry about plugging it in and getting it stuck on banisters and under doors. I miss the extra lights that were on the hand held part of my previous corded Shark, it was a great feature

Strong suction
Hair does still wrap but easier to clean than my previous alternative product.
A little heavy to lift.
Folds up to store great.

I wanted a lightweight cordless hoover that would be simple to carry upstairs .
This Shark is so easy to use and lightweight
Battery life seems ok too
