Great buy, impressed with this!

We bought this for camping in our roof tent. There was still ice in after 2 days - very impressed. Lesson learnt do not put chocolate in the box as it comes out solid ????. The tray at the bottom is great as stuff is kept very cold and easy to get to. It holds a lot more than you think. Really impressed with this, it is big so make sure you check it will fit in your car with everything else you are packing.

Ideal festival and camping cold storage

Bought the FrostVault for festivals and camping. Only used once so far for a 4 night festival. It didn’t disappoint. It stood up to a heatwave.
I looked online for tips on maintaining temperature, I pre-cooled the box overnight with a “sacrificial” bag of ice and made sure I had at least 7kg ice in to start.
Much of the ice had melted but the water was ice cold, there were still chunks of ice left and the dry storage was still cold when we were heading home on day 5.
Next time I’ll freeze larger chunks of ice such as bottles to reduce melt, but as a trial run I was impressed by its performance. I’d definitely recommend. In fact I already have to friends and family.

Kept Drinks Super Chilled For 4 Days

This cooler is awesome, Loaded it with ice packs, bag of ice, 12 cans of Guinness, pint of milk. Placed a thermometer in the ‘dry’ drawer. From Thursday afternoon to Sunday afternoon everything was kept super chilled, temperature in drawer was a consistent 3.5degC

Fantastic purchase

Fantastic cooler, bulkier than I expected and heavy when filled however fantastic purchase. We took it to the beach and it kept drinks ice cold. Minimal ice melted over 3 days 2x which was stored in a hot car and one on the beach

In controlled laboratory conditions, the 28L / 30-quart cooler is expected to maintain temperatures below 4°C for 5 days in 35°C weather when filled with ice. Is this cooler suitable for use with dry ice?
No, the cooler is not rated to handle dry ice.
Does this cooler sweat? Does the outside get wet? 
Condensation is normal around the lid and drain plug but the body of the cooler should not sweat.
Is the cooler air tight?
The cooler is intentionally not airtight to prevent it from becoming vacuum-sealed when closed.
