Excellent product. Robust, substantial unit. easy and quick to use and looks sleek. A lot quieter than my last one too

This is a solid piece of kit, well made and built to last for sure. Does everything it’s supposed and does it well. Don’t need to say more other than you won’t regret buying this.

Had this blender for 18months started smoking and smelling terribly. Thankfully turned it off before it caught fire. Shame as it was a quality product but 18 months isn't worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS Product. I have changed 3 in less than 3 years. All of them would catch fire and smoke at some point.

Great until it breaks. Always had Ninja products but they have gone down hill in quality. The blender started to produce a burning smell, and then started smoking when in use. It actually started throwing sparks from inside the fan section when it was in use. Obviously a huge fire issue and when looking online it seems this problem is quite common.

Avoid and invest in another brand.

Ninja kit is always our go to brand for reliable performance. And as with previous ninja equipment, our new blender does exactly what want, how we want and when we want. We do have one observation however. Since starting to use the machine, there is a fine black dust/soot cloud been blown from the right side vent. It’s getting less and less but after two weeks it’s still blowing up the adjacent wall much-to my wife’s annoyance! If it continues we’ll contact Ninja for advice.

Well pleased with this blender, smooth and not too noisy, ease of use of the attachments

I bought this for my partially sighted mum when her previous Ninja blender started to smoke and gave up on her mid smoothie making.
Breakfast smoothies are part of her daily routine and so being without a blender was out of the question.
My mum can find it a real struggle when it comes to kitchen appliances but she is a big fan of Ninja and this new blender is easy for her needs.

I bought this a few years ago and don’t often use it, except for the odd frozen margarita. I started getting into smoothies recently so been using it more. After about a three weeks of using it once daily for say 90seconds to blend a smoothie, it started making a lot more noise. It also started to smell like burning when in use. Then two days ago I went to lift it off the kitchen worktop to put it in the cupboard and the base just came away from the blender. Cheap plastic, broken screws. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend.
