Amazing!

This was my first air fryer and I’ve had it over 4 years now. I cannot fault it at all!
Recently replaced the crisper basket and pot as they’ve become tired and hard to clean

What do the different cooking functions do?
1. Pressure - Cook food quickly while maintaining tenderness. 2. Air Crisp - Give food crispness and crunch with little to no oil. 3. Grill - Use high temperature to caramelise and brown your food. 4. Bake/Roast - Use the unit like an oven for baked treats, roast meats and more. 5. Sear/Sauté - Use the unit as a hob for browning meats, sauteing vegetables, simmering sauces and more. 6. Steam - Gently cook delicate foods at a high temperature. 7. Slow Cook - Cook your food at a lower temperature for a longer period of time.
What are the different slider functions?
1. Pressure - Pressure to lock in juices. (Lid remains locked) 2. Combi-Steam -Simultaneous steam and convection cooking for faster, juicer, crispy results. (Open lid only if recipe calls for it) 3. Air Fry/Hob - Convection and hob cooking. (Lid can be opened any time to check on food)
What is the capacity?
6L Includes a reversible rack for cooking on 2 levels (including the base of the cooking pot)
What is Keep Warm mode?
After pressure cooking, steaming or slow cooking, the unit will automatically switch to Keep Warm mode and start counting up. Keep Warm will stay on for 12 hours, or you may press KEEP WARM to turn it off. Keep Warm mode is not intended to warm food from a cold state but to keep it warm at a food?safe temperature (75�C) after cooking is complete. Keep Warm can be turned off during a pressure cooking cycle.
Is the cooking pot non-stick?
The cooking pot is made of aluminum with a non-stick ceramic coating. This coating is also PTFE free.
