Ninja Foodi 3-in-1 Hand Blender, Mixer & Chopper 700ML

Love ninja just want to add to add this to my collection

Hi there,

I am really really disappointed with the experience, although I am a big fan of Ninja products over the years, I got this mixer as a gift and when I tried for the very first time, it ran for 5 seconds and stopped suddenly with no reason with a funny smell, unfortunately I don't have the warranty and the bill as it is a gift from my brother who lives outside UAE.
I don't know what to do!!
Any advise??

We absolutely love the blender, but unfortunately the motor has failed on us twice now. The original failed within the warranty period and was replaced after having to call up to explain (frustrating this couldn't be managed without having to call). But the replacement did exactly the same, and can't be replaced. All within 2-3 years.

This despite us using it infrequently, as we're not regular bakers. The odd soup blend or vegetable chop. A real shame given all our other Ninja products are so reliable.

Got this as a birthday present about a month ago.i already used a few times .it is easy to use just a bit heavy i would say.overall i am happy ilwith the blender and the attachements,they feel strong and sturdy .the only thing i would change about is is for a bigger cup for the chopper/blender.

It’s one of the best purchase I’ve ever made and it works really well

Nice mixer only thing i dont like about it its on the heavy side so holding onto it mix really hurts my hand

The motor burns out very quickly. Not good. Rather buy cheap supermarket brand

Ninja Foodi 3-in-1 Hand Blender, Mixer & Chopper CI100UK

I am extremely disappointed with my Ninja 3-in-1 (CI100UK). After a few months of use, a disgusting brown liquid started leaking from the chopper lid and the blender attachment points. This liquid is a mix of old food residue and gear grease that gets trapped inside the "sealed" gearbox where you can't clean it.
This is not only unhygienic but also dangerous as the liquid leaks onto the electrical contact pins of the power base. For such an expensive brand, I expected better build quality and a design that doesn't allow food to get stuck inside the mechanical parts. It is nearly impossible to clean without breaking the plastic. I would not recommend this product

The power of the motor would require metal cogwheels. The customer service was great, changed the broken piece immediately
