Bigger capacity Deluxe Tubs allow you to enjoy two different mix-ins in the same ice cream, gelato or frozen yoghurt base for endless flavour combinations using the ‘Top’ and ‘Bottom’ processing settings. Create a chocolate base, then customise with nuts on top and pretzel pieces on the bottom.

Do not buy, your health is at risk.
We have used this product a few times. Today while eating vanilla ice cream, I noticed a very small piece of metal on the white ice cream, upon inspection it was a piece of metal. We placed the remaining ice cream in a bowl to melt it, and while slowly pouring it out a large amount of tiny pieces of metal were in the bottom of the bowl. This is dangerous.

What about cleaning shaft
Hello,
I received my Ninja Creami yesterday and used it for the first time today. From the beginning, I have been trying to find instructions on how to properly clean the metal rod that moves up and down like an elevator and rotates the paddle inside the ice cream, but I could not find any guidance anywhere.
If this rod cannot be thoroughly cleaned, wouldn’t remnants from previous ice creams remain in the machine and potentially mix with new batches? Even if the risk is only bacterial, this concerns me greatly.
I hope you can provide a reasonable explanation or solution for this issue, as we really enjoyed our first trials, but the fact that the rod cannot be properly cleaned worries me and makes me question how safe the ice cream is.
If you cannot provide a satisfactory explanation, I will have to consider returning the machine to the store.
