Battery is poor iv only got two bedroom flat no stairs I get about 80% done then it needs charging

When I turned it on for the first time, it immediately displayed an FO error, indicating that the IQ sensors are blocked. Since the vacuum cleaner has not been used at all, this should not be the case.
I followed the troubleshooting steps in the user manual and cleaned both IQ sensors as instructed, but the FO error continues to appear every time I switch the vacuum on.
In addition that i found dust debris inside the vacuum itself which means that it was used before.
Customer service didn't even try to replace it, they asked me to issue a return.
Dont buy shark products they are useless.

One of my best buys. Lightweight, efficient, long-lasting battery life and the added bonus of a scent capsule so leaves rooms smelling fresh.

As always Shark is good. Ours seem to last about 5 years and then the battery and suction seem to wear out.
It’s suppose to be anti wrap for all types of hair but still have to check each time and cut the hair from around the roller.
Also, I’m 5ft 8 and this is a shorter height than previous shark vacuums. I would say it’s manageable but not comfortable for lots of vacuuming. If you’re shorter than me then you’ll be fine, any taller and you’ll be having a problem with your back.
The puck to make it smell nice is good but shame you don’t get a second in the pack.
Only 4 stars due to still cutting hair out of it and height.

I think the vacuum is fine. I’m not blown away and the battery runs out really fast. Although it’s the anti hair, you still have to buy the attachment for it to pick up pet hair. It’s also really heavy

Quite heavy to use and does not pick up at edges. Bit disappointed and would not recommend

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made! It was easy to assemble, even easier to use and it fits nicer in my small storage cupboard. I really love the scent pod, it gives the room a nice fresh clean smell.

Great hoover. I got it for a good price. I would highly recommend this model.

Wonderful, wonderful, beautiful! Previously had Dyson and this is much better. Quieter, easier to empty and addition of scent is lovely! Easy to store and charge.
