Very happy with it, properly vacuums cats AND wife hair without getting stuck.
Small motorized brush is perfect for cleaning litter pieces off the rug.
Only downside is battery life when used in full mode is about 15 minutes. Gets more on Eco.

So glad found this brand as I am one happy and satisfied customer in a way this item handle my cleaning chore. It makes life easier by sweeping all the dusts in the house! ????????????????????

Flexiwand has completely buckled and can not find a replacement anywhere!

its good for a while and then not so much. Its been 8 months using the product and the battery is already at 80% capacity, when i start using it, it jumps directly to 80%, doesn't give me a lot of confidence for the "5 year" warranty that this product claims. The head is also making a very irritating squeaky noise when i clean on carpets, esp on pullbacks. The head is not as"Anti Hair" as they claim, see my pic for the hair entanglements. Overall it's an OK product but i am not happy with my purchase so would not recommend.

Quite frankly this machine is no better than other brand name products on the market, if anything it is more heavy/top heavy, cumbersome to use than other manufacturers machines. That said we will keep this machine as a standby number 2 machine, which well may come in handy for example the car.

Very efficient and easy to use. Much more versatile being cordless. It is rather heavier than I had anticipated but milo.ike it a lot

Very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. Other cordless cleaners seem to just push bits around and not pick them up, whereas this has good suction and picks everything up including quite large bits. It charges quite quickly and I like that it shows how much charge is left whilst vacuuming. However I don’t think you get 60 minutes, as suggested. I find that the lights to show if it is charging when plugged in are so faint that you can’t see them but it’s ok as you can unplug it and turn it on to see how much charge it has. On the whole it performs well on all surfaces. Very easy to empty when full ; very easy to take apart and add tools to. I wish it had a long attachment to reach into narrow areas and behind furniture. Good on stairs and easy to fit attachments to main section. It is a bit annoying that you can’t stand it up and leave it at times. You have to rest it against something or it falls over. After having a Dyson and an Aspirato cordless this easily out performs them and is probably the best cordless on the market at the moment.
